[Delivery Case] Urea Water Filtration Unit for Denitrification Equipment Supply

A certain company was concerned about damage to their denitrification equipment caused by tiny slurries mixed into the urea solution supplied to the equipment, and they requested the production of a simple filtration device. By implementing a three-stage filtration process consisting of pre-filtration, mid-stage filtration, and post-filtration, we were able to extend the life of the filters while ensuring the reliable removal of impurities. Additionally, we created bypass piping for versatile use, allowing for flexible operation, such as omitting pre-filtration in certain situations. We were able to manufacture the device within the customer's budget, which resulted in great satisfaction.
